Problem sa switch sound file converter

Ne mogu da otvorim program switch file sound converter, jer mi se pokazuje neka greška tipa switch.exe. entry point no found,pa onda sledi tekst:The procedure entry point except handler 4 common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
Pokušao sam ponovo da instaliram program,ali se opet pojavljuje ista greška.
Kako mogu rešiti ovaj problem?
