KFA2 presents its stock GeForce GTX 580

Galaxy Microsystems-owned KFA2 has also adopted the 40nm GF110 GPU and has released, what else if not a GeForce GTX 580 which is based on Nvidia's reference design and has frequencies recommended by the Santa Clara-based Fermi maker.

Pictured just below, the KFA2 GTX 580 features GPU/shader frequencies of 772/1544 MHz, 512 CUDA Cores, a 384-bit memory interface, 1536 MB of GDDR5 VRAM @ 4008 MHz, a dual-slot cooler, support for DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.1, PhysX, CUDA and 3D Vision Surround, and dual-DVI, mini HDMI display output options. Currently this card is available for pro-order at about €450.

Palit introduces stock and factory-overclocked GeForce GTX 580s

Palit has now announced its GeForce GTX 580 launch line-up which consists of two cards based on Nvidia's reference design, on that also features stock frequencies, and a Sonic model which is, you guessed it, factory overclocked. And not by just a little.

The 'regular' GTX 580 offered by Palit costs €480 and has 512 CUDA Cores, a 384-bit memory interface, GPU and shader clocks of 772 MHz and 1544 MHz, respectively, and 1536 MB of GDDR5 VRAM set to 4008 MHz, while the GTX 580 Sonic can brag with GPU/shader/memory clocks of 835/1670/4200 MHz but is priced a little higher, at €500.

Both cards include support for DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.1, CUDA, PhysX, 3D Vision surround, and provide dual-DVI and mini HDMI outputs.

Gigabyte outs its GeForce GTX 580

Not waiting on Nvidia, Gigabyte has went ahead and announced its own GeForce GTX 580 graphics card which can be found under the codename GV-N580D5-15I-B. Gigabyte's offering is based on Nvidia's reference design and has stock clocks but it surely packs quite a punch.

The GTX 580 has a dual-slot cooler boasting vapor chamber technology, 512 CUDA Cores, a GPU clock of 772 MHz, a shader frequency of 1544 MHz, a 384-bit memory interface backed by 1536MB of GDDR5 VRAM @ 4008 MHz, SLI support, one mini HDMI and two DVI outputs, and is backed by a three-year warranty. The price of such a DirectX 11 beastie? $559.99.

PNY GeForce GTX 580 is all-stock, bears no surprises

PNY Technologies has, unsurprisingly, come out its a GeForce GTX 580 and yes, it's a reference card with a 'custom' sticker to set it apart from other similar offers. This DX11 card packs 512 CUDA Cores, a 384-bit memory interface, 1536MB of GDDR5 VRAM, and includes SLI, CUDA and PhysX support.

PNY's GeForce GTX 580 has GPU, shader and memory clocks of 772 MHz, 1544 MHz and 4008 MHz, respectively and is available for purchase (in the US) at $589.99.

MSI GeForce GTX 580 hits US stores

Well, tech sites are still waiting on Nvidia's thumbs up to publish their GeForce GTX 580 articles but if you have confidence in the Santa Clara company, and live in the US, you can already get the new DirectX 11 flagship.

Take MSI's GTX 580 which is dubbed N580GTX-M2D15D5 and can currently be found in stock @ Newegg priced at $560 (there's a 10% off limited offer). For this sum you'll receive a stock GeForce GTX 580 which packs 512 CUDA Cores, a 384-bit memory interface, 1.5GB of GDDR5 VRAM, GPU/shader/memory clocks of 772/1544/4008 MHz, a dual-slot cooler featuring vapor chamber technology, and dual-DVI, and mini-HDMI outputs. Of course, you could wait and see what Cayman can do and at what price...

Zotac keeps its simple and stock with the GTX 580, for now

Zotac has now added its name to the list of add-in board partners which are accompanying the GeForce GTX 580 launch. Unfortunately, the company hasn't prepped a ZONE Edition model and is only coming out with a stock card, at least for now.

Zotac's GTX 580 has 512 CUDA Cores, 64 texture units, a 384-bit memory interface and 1536 MB of GDDR5 VRAM, GPU/shader/memory clocks of 772/1544/4008 MHz, a dual-slot cooler, and dual-DVI and mini HDMI outputs. Like other reference GeForce GTX 580s, this one should cost around $550.

EVGA comes up with GeForce GTX 580 trio

EVGA has went all-out and announced no less than three GeForce GTX 580 cards, one more which follows Nvidia's 'guiding light' on both design and frequencies, a SuperClocked model with a reference build but factory-overclocked components, and an even faster, watercooled FTW Edition card.

The stock EVGA GeForce GTX 580 costs $499.99 and features 512 CUDA Cores, a GPU clock of 772 MHz, a shader frequency of 1544 MHz, a 384-bit memory interface and 1536 MB of GDDR5 VRAM @ 4008 MHz, while the GTX 580 SuperClocked has its GPU, shaders and memory set to 797 MHz, 1594 MHz and 4050 MHz, respectively, and bears a price tag of $519.99.

As for the GeForce GTX 580 FTW Hydro Copper 2, it is equipped with a single-slot, full-cover waterblock made in collaboration with Swiftech, has GPU/shader/memory clocks of 850/1700/4196 MHz, and costs $699.99. Only the two models above are selling, the GTX 580 FTW HC2 is not yet available.

Gainward rolling out two GeForce GTX 580 cards

Just like its parent company Palit, Gainward has today introduced a couple of GeForce GTX 580 cards, a banal model with stock clocks - 772/1544/4008 MHz, and a 'Golden Sample' which has its GPU/shaders/memory set to 835/1670/4200 MHz.

Both cards have 512 CUDA Cores, a 384-bit memory interface paired up with 1536MB of GDDR5 VRAM, are cooled by a dual-slot cooler that's more efficient and quieter than the one found on the GTX 480, and provide dual-DVI and mini HDMI outputs.

The all-stock Gainward GTX 580 is now up for pre-order @ €476.

Point of View joins the GeForce GTX 580 party too

Point of View is the latest card maker to announce an all-stock GeForce GTX 580 which is powered by the 40nm GF110 GPU clocked at 772 MHz, has 512 CUDA Cores @ 1544 MHz, a 384-bit memory interface, and 1536MB of GDDR5 VRAM set to 4008 MHz.

Point of View's card takes up two slots, has SLI support, one mini HDMI and two DVI outputs, and is up for pre-order in Europe at €440.

Sparkle unveils customized GeForce GTX 580 with Arctic cooler

Sparkle Computer today announced two GeForce GTX 580 graphics card, a 'basic' model with stock clocks (772/1544/4008 MHz GPU/shader/memory) and the Nvidia reference cooler, and a custom edition known as Calibre X580 which is factory overclocked and utilizes an Arctic Accelero Xtreme tri-fan cooler.

The Calibre X580 has GPU, shader and memory clocks of 810 MHz, 1620 MHz and 4032 MHz, respectively, runs cooler and quieter than reference models and is backed by a three-year warranty. Unfortunately, you can buy it yet.

Asus spices up GeForce GTX 580 with Voltage Tweak

Asus couldn't miss out on the GeForce GTX 580 launch so it too has introduced such a card, but not before 'enhancing' it with the Voltage Tweak technology which enables users to overvolt the GPU and take it all the way up to 1157 MHz.

By 'default', Asus' card has GPU and shader clocks of 782 MHz and 1544 MHz, respectively, 1536MB of GDDR5 memory @ 4008 MHz, a dual-slot fansink with vapor chamber cooling, SLI support, and dual-DVI and HDMI outputs. The ENGTX580/2DI/1536MD5 is now up for pre-order @ €469.

Sasvim ocekivano da "nevidija" ispravi greske koje je napravila sa GTX 480 (FX5800 > FX5900 ako se neko seca) a sasvim neocekivano bi bilo da sad onaj mod GTX480@512SP postane stvarnost poput GTX480@GTX580 ili GTX470@GTX580, to bi voleo da vidim, sa GTX465 bi vec bilo diskutabilno.

Sparkle se izgleda jedini seca koliko se gtx modeli koji se zavrsavaju na 80 greju,pa je stavio odgovarajuci kuler(nadam se i tih) . To bi mogao i da bude dobar model za overklok s obzirom na kuler , al sta je sa limiterom za potrosnju koji obara takt ako potrosnja prevali 300w ? Tesko da ce se sa ovom kartom obarati rc u furmarku itd. .

Meni je uvek prvi osumnjiceni neoptimizovan softwer, kao marketinski trik "jos nema te kartice koja moze da pokrene nasu caroliju"
Svi se onda pitaju koliko njihova masina moze da je pogura i tako u krug.
