According to German gaming magazine Gamestar, which had an opportunity to benchmark a preview build of the game, a framerate of 40-45fps is possible at max settings and 1080p with the following:
Quad-core processor
GTX 760 or AMD R9 270X
8GB of RAM (the game uses up to 5GB)
2GB+ VRAM (the game uses up to 2.4GB)
Gamestar claims that dual-core processors can run the game, but at the loss of greatly extended loading times and a lesser framerate:

Also of note is that Gamestar found only minor differences in performance and visual quality between different graphical presets.
