Starting March 19th 2020, GTA IV: Complete Edition will replace both GTA IV and GTA: Episodes from Liberty City on Steam. GTA IV: Complete Edition will also be available via the Rockstar Games Launcher.
- Old game save files will be compatible.
- No Games for Windows Live
- No Multiplayer
- No Leaderboards
- These radio stations will be temporarily unavailable: RamJam FM, Self-Actualization FM & Vice City FM

Old copies of GTA IV and EFLC on your Steam library will be replaced with GTA IV: Complete Edition (22GB).
Players who only have GTA 4 or Episodes Liberty City will automatically get GTA IV: Complete Edition with both games. New physical games can be activated with the Key on the back of the manual to download GTA IV: Complete Edition.
