Пробај ово:

1. Go to the Start menu and click Run. Type in \"cmd.exe\" (or \"command.exe\" for non-XP users) and click OK.
2. Type \"ipconfig /release\" and hit enter.
3. Close the DOS window.
4. Go to the Control Panel then Network Connections.
5. Now right-click on Local Area Connection and click Properties.
6. Find Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the list and click it. Then click the Properties button below.
7. Select the \"Use the following IP address\" option.
8. Type in any set of random numbers into the text boxes. Leave the DNS server options alone and click OK.
9. Click OK again in the other window to save the settings.
10. Re-open the Local Area Connection Properties.
11. Find Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the list again and click it. Then click the Properties button below.
12. Select the \"Obtain an IP address automatically\" option again, and make sure the \"Obtain DNS server address automatically\" is selected below.
13. Click OK to close the TCP/IP properties window.
14. Click OK to close the connection properties window.
15. Congratulations, you should now have a new IP.
